- Add a location to your listing

Public Listings: Ticket details (excluding ticket images) are visible to all users. Your WhatsApp number is shared only when buyers contact you.
Service Providers: We use third-party services (Convex for database, Clerk for authentication, Uploadthing for file storage) that may access certain data to provide their services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user information may be transferred to the new entity.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Uploaded ticket images are stored securely and accessible only to authorized Lgrima staff for verification purposes. They are never displayed publicly.

Deleted listings are removed from public view immediately but may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.
Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.
