Welcome to Lgrima Tickets, a marketplace for verified resale tickets operating in Morocco. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lgrima Tickets platform ("Platform"), operated by Lgrima ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Lgrima Tickets provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers of resale tickets for attractions, monuments, museums, tours, and cultural experiences in Morocco.

Our services include:

• Verified ticket listings with team review

• Secure communication between buyers and sellers

• Location-based ticket discovery

• Save and search functionality

All listings are subject to verification by our team before appearing on the marketplace.

4. User Accounts

To sell tickets, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Buyers can browse and save tickets without an account, but must sign in to contact sellers.

You must be at least 18 years old to sell tickets on the Platform.

5. Ticket Listings

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about tickets
• Upload valid proof of ticket ownership (kept private)
• Set fair and reasonable prices
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
• Honor confirmed sales
• Only list tickets they legally own and can transfer

All listings require verification by our team. We reserve the right to reject listings that don't meet our standards or appear fraudulent.

6. Purchases and Communications

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers via WhatsApp or phone contact. Lgrima facilitates the connection but is not a party to the transaction.

Buyers should verify ticket authenticity and validity before completing purchases.

Lgrima does not process payments or guarantee transactions between users.

7. Fees and Pricing

Creating an account and listing tickets is currently free.

We reserve the right to introduce fees for listings or transactions with advance notice.

Sellers set their own prices and are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• List fraudulent, counterfeit, or invalid tickets
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent our verification process
• Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission
• List tickets obtained through unauthorized means

9. User Content and Privacy

Uploaded ticket proofs are kept strictly private and only viewable by Lgrima staff for verification purposes.

By creating a listing, you grant us the right to display your listing information (excluding ticket images) on the Platform.

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including our logo, design, and technology, is owned by Lgrima and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lgrima is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The authenticity or validity of tickets

• Disputes between buyers and sellers

• Failed transactions or fraud

• Losses incurred from using the Platform

Users engage in transactions at their own risk. We recommend meeting in safe public places and verifying tickets before payment.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties.

Users may report fraudulent listings or suspicious activity to our support team.

For serious disputes, users may seek resolution through Moroccan legal channels.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete their accounts at any time. Active listings will be removed upon account deletion.

Provisions regarding liability and intellectual property survive termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Moroccan courts.
