Welcome to Lgrima, a transportation platform operating in Morocco. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lgrima mobile applications, including the Lgrima Client App and Lgrima Partner App (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Lgrima (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
“Client” refers to users of the Lgrima Client App who request transportation services.
“Partner” refers to verified drivers using the Lgrima Partner App to provide transportation services.
“Platform” refers to the Lgrima technology platform that connects Clients and Partners.
“Trip” refers to transportation services arranged through the Platform.
Lgrima provides a technology platform that connects riders with licensed drivers in Morocco. Our services include:
Instant Rides: On-demand transportation within cities
Airport Transfers: Transportation to and from airports including arrival and departure services
Intercity Travel: Transportation between cities across Morocco
Business Services: Specialized services for hotels, travel agencies, and business accounts including hotel transfers, city tours, and custom services
To use our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Client Accounts: Available for individual users and business accounts (hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, restaurants, riads)
Partner Accounts: Available for licensed drivers who complete our verification process
All bookings are subject to driver availability and acceptance. Payment is processed through our secure payment system. Pricing is transparent with detailed breakdowns provided before trip confirmation.
Cancellation policies vary by service type and timing. Business accounts may have specific terms for guest bookings and group services.
All Partners undergo a comprehensive verification process including license validation, vehicle inspection, and background checks. Partners must maintain valid documentation and comply with local transportation regulations.
Verification status includes: incomplete, pending, approved, or rejected. Only approved Partners can accept trip requests.
Clients must: Provide accurate pickup and destination information, be ready at the designated pickup time, treat Partners with respect, and pay for services as agreed.
Partners must: Maintain valid licenses and documentation, provide safe and reliable transportation, follow traffic laws, and treat Clients with respect.
Business Accounts must: Provide accurate guest information for bookings and ensure compliance with their own terms of service to their customers.
Users may not engage in illegal activities, harassment, discrimination, or abuse of the Platform. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
Our Platform includes a mutual review system where Clients and Partners can rate and review each other. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and comply with our community guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines or are factually inaccurate.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Moroccan and international data protection laws. This includes location data, trip history, and communication between users.
Real-time tracking data is used to ensure safety and trip coordination and is retained according to our data retention policies.
The Lgrima Platform, including our mobile applications, website, logos, and technology, are owned by Lgrima and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use our Services.
Lgrima is a technology platform that connects users with transportation services. We are not a transportation company. Partners are independent contractors responsible for providing safe transportation services.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law. We are not liable for actions of Partners or Clients, vehicle accidents, or indirect damages.
Disputes between users should first be resolved directly. For unresolved issues, users may contact our support team. Serious disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings under Moroccan jurisdiction.
Our Services are currently available in major Moroccan cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, and Fez, with intercity travel services connecting these and other locations.
Service availability depends on Partner availability and may be limited during peak times, holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through our Platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

These Terms of Service are effective as of August 15, 2025, and apply to all users of the Lgrima platform.
