Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, trip history, and saved preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

At Lgrima, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information from our platform, what data will be removed, and what information we may retain for legal or operational purposes.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under applicable privacy laws. We are committed to processing these requests promptly and transparently.

What Data Can Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will remove the following personal information:

Account Information

  • • Name, email address, and phone number
  • • Profile photo and personal preferences
  • • Account settings and notification preferences
  • • Authentication credentials and tokens
  • • Business profile information (if applicable)
  • • Guest management records (business accounts)

Trip & Usage Data

  • • Complete trip history and location data
  • • Saved addresses and favorite locations
  • • All ratings and reviews given/received
  • • In-app messages and conversations
  • • Ride posts and offers
  • • Negotiation history

Trip Information

  • • All trip details and history
  • • Pickup and dropoff locations
  • • Trip prices and distances
  • • Driver/client interactions

Partner-Specific Data

  • • Driver license and CIN documents
  • • All vehicle information and images
  • • Verification documents and status
  • • Trip history as a driver
  • • Insurance and registration details
  • • Tourism license (if applicable)

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through multiple methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

Delete your account directly from the mobile app:

  1. Open the Lgrima app (Client or Partner)
  2. Navigate to Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Review deletion information
  5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  6. Account deleted immediately

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to:

Include in your email:

  • • Full name
  • • Email address associated with your account
  • • Phone number (if different from email)
  • • Reason for deletion (optional)

Note: In-app deletion is immediate and permanent. Email requests may take up to 30 days to be completely processed. Some data may remain in backup systems for legal compliance but will not be accessible.

In-App Deletion Process Details

How In-App Deletion Works

For Client App Users:

  1. Open the Lgrima Client app
  2. Go to Profile tab at the bottom
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Review what will be deleted
  5. Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
  6. Tap "Delete Account" button
  7. Account and all data deleted immediately

For Partner App Users:

  1. Open the Lgrima Partner app
  2. Navigate to Profile section
  3. Find "Delete Account" option at the bottom
  4. Review deletion information including vehicles and documents
  5. Type "DELETE" to confirm your decision
  6. Press "Delete Account" to proceed
  7. All driver data and vehicles removed permanently

Important Notes:

  • • You cannot delete if you have active trips in progress
  • • Ongoing ride negotiations must be completed first
  • • Business accounts will lose all guest records
  • • Partner accounts will lose verification status
  • • Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed

Before You Delete Your Account

    Outstanding Payments: Ensure all trip payments have been settled with drivers/clients
